Under the terms of the deal GBST will implement its Composer and ComposerWeb self-invested personal pension (SIPP) and wrap solutions.

Stephen Lake, CEO of GBST, said the contract was significant for the company and its strategy for the UK market, as well as being an endorsement of its R&D efforts. "Composer is uniquely placed to capitalise on the changes and opportunities in the UK financial services market as a result of the Retail Distribution Review.

Multidirect, an Australian call centre operator that provides telemarketing services to charities, has opted for the Premier Contact Point hosted contact centre solution from Australian developer Premier Technologies for use in its facilities in Western Australia.
